EMERSON, MB, Feb. 3, 2025 – Media are invited to join Minister of Public Safety David McGuinty and Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada Terry Duguid at a border security exercise at the Emerson port of entry in Manitoba. They will be joined by Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and other federal and provincial partners.

Ministers McGuinty and Duguid, along with Premier Kinew, will be available for questions.
