STOCKHOLM, Jan. 2, 2026 — Neonode Inc. (NASDAQ: NEON) today announced that Marec Gasiun has been named Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, with his role effective January 1, 2026.

Mr. Gasiun has a strong track record of global commercial leadership across the automotive, technology, and telecommunications sectors. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at SeeReal Technologies, a pioneer in holographic deep tech. Before that, he held the position of Vice President, Global Technology Partnerships, at Telia Company.

Prior to joining Telia, Mr. Gasiun was Head of Business Development for Google’s automotive software business, where he led commercial rollout for the in-vehicle software platform.

In December 2025, the company successfully transformed a previously announced commercial vehicle design win into a production license agreement. This milestone means MultiSensing driver monitoring is now being deployed in on-road commercial vehicles – a major step from validation to real-world use.

With this win, the company is positioned to accelerate its automotive growth through new design wins and strategic partnerships.
