Mastercard Taps Borderless.xyz for Crypto Partner Program as Stablecoins Move into Mainstream Adoption

Borderless.xyz, which operates a worldwide stablecoin orchestration and liquidity network, has been chosen as a launch partner for Mastercard’s Crypto Partner Program. The initiative unites over 85 firms—including Binance, Circle, PayPal, Ripple, Fireblocks, Solana, and Polygon—to work jointly on cross-border transfers, B2B payments, and global payouts via blockchain infrastructure.

This launch partner status comes after Borderless.xyz’s acceptance into Mastercard’s Start Path blockchain and digital assets accelerator in September 2025, an intensive global competition that selected only five companies. Advancing from accelerator participant to launch partner within six months signals strengthening cooperation as Mastercard develops products bridging stablecoins and worldwide payment systems.

Borderless.xyz runs a unified API linking wallet infrastructure with over 14 licensed stablecoin providers spanning 94+ nations and 63+ fiat currencies. As part of the Crypto Partner Program, Borderless.xyz is working with Mastercard to integrate its worldwide stablecoin provider network with Mastercard’s payment infrastructure, which serves consumers and merchants across 210+ countries and territories.

“We started working with Mastercard through Start Path last year. Now we’re collaborating as launch partners on how stablecoin infrastructure connects to the world’s largest payments network. That progression tells you where this industry is heading, from speculative to real-world payments at scale,” stated Kevin Lehtiniitty, CEO and Co-Founder of Borderless.xyz.

Borderless.xyz’s technology currently enables global payouts for DFNS, a prominent wallet infrastructure provider and fellow Crypto Partner Program member, and facilitates enterprise-grade on/off-ramping for Bastion, which counts Sony among its clients. The firm’s stablecoin orchestration network links wallet platforms with locally licensed providers that manage compliance and settlement within each jurisdiction.

The Crypto Partner Program aims to connect blockchain innovation with the infrastructure supporting daily transactions, converting technical potential into scalable, regulation-compliant applications across various markets. The initiative focuses on real-world implementation in three primary domains: cross-border transfers, B2B payments, and global payouts.

Borderless.xyz and Mastercard will persist in their joint efforts to link stablecoin on/off-ramp infrastructure with Mastercard’s global network, prioritizing the creation of compliant, scalable payment channels between blockchain and conventional financial systems.
