Melanie, who joined Paladin as Chief Legal Officer in February 2025, brings extensive international and corporate governance experience as a seasoned corporate and resources lawyer and Company Secretary.

Mr Jeremy Ryan has stepped down from his role as Company Secretary of Paladin, also effective May 30, 2025. The Paladin Board expresses its gratitude to Jeremy for his commitment to the Paladin Group and wishes him well in his future pursuits.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Melanie Williams will be the designated contact person for communications with the ASX regarding ASX Listing Rule matters, commencing May 30, 2025.
