This partnership secures investor relations and communication services to be provided by EMC.

Orlando, Florida-based Emerging Markets Consulting, LLC (“EMC”) brings several decades of collective expertise within the investor relations sector. EMC operates as an international investor relations firm, supported by affiliates globally. Driven by relationships and focused on results, EMC aims to identify attractive emerging companies and dedicate its resources to serving a limited portfolio of high-quality clients.
The engagement with EMC is set for a six-month period, with a fee of USD $150,000. No Company shares or stock options were issued.
This engagement with EMC began immediately for a six-month term, for which a fee of USD $150,000 will be paid. Pangea has not issued, nor will it issue, any company stock or stock options to EMC. EMC’s promotional efforts will include designing, developing, and distributing materials for the Company. EMC and its principals maintain an arm’s-length relationship with Pangea.
