Wilcher’s career encompasses school fundraising, insurance, small business consulting, and franchise marketing. Early in her career, she became a top-performing insurance agent and established her own consulting firm to assist local venues in growing via events and programs. She later supported a restaurant franchise by leading marketing efforts and served as a franchisee liaison. She provided on-site support, strengthened community engagement, and ensured consistent brand execution across all locations, resulting in heightened awareness and accelerated market penetration. Before joining Jungle Driving, Wilcher developed a dedicated third-party lead generation division for 8 franchise businesses, and was responsible for evaluating industry-leading vendors, securing optimal pricing, and overseeing the ongoing relationship between franchisees, the franchisor, and key marketing partners.

“As Director of Business Development, my role is to arm our franchisees with the strategy, structure, and support required to thrive locally while advancing Jungle’s mission to save teen lives,” said Wilcher. “My role is to help the franchisees build a mission-aligned business and form partnerships that equip them with the tools to succeed.”

Wilcher offers each new owner strategic guidance, weekly pre-launch coaching, community partnership support, and on-site participation in grand openings to ensure they enter the market fully prepared. She also creates and rolls out new local marketing opportunities across the system, providing franchisees with a consistent flow of actionable grassroots strategies.

A significant portion of her impact stems from Jungle Driving’s proprietary Milestone Trek Tracker, an 80-step action-oriented playbook she trains franchisees to use in generating leads, driving enrollment, and integrating themselves into their local communities. Each “Trek” includes a clear objective, partnership strategy, and execution guide. The system organizes everything from school outreach and partnerships with insurance agents to community events and real estate collaborations. It equips franchisees with an immediate, step-by-step launch plan, with strategy and community-impact guidance integrated into the Tracker.

“I joined Jungle Driving for one reason: trust. I knew and respected the leadership team, particularly Zach, the brand’s CEO, and had confidence in his vision and the individuals he selected to bring it to fruition,” said Wilcher, “That trust simplified the decision. Zach and I collaborated on a prior concept, and I developed respect for his integrity and determination to achieve success. He and I share that same drive and forward-thinking mindset—the type that doesn’t remain stagnant or waits for things to occur.”

Looking forward, Wilcher intends to launch a monthly “Jungle Roundtable” podcast in 2026. The series will enable franchisees to showcase their local efforts, celebrate successes, exchange ideas, and remain inspired and connected.

“Paula’s grassroots expertise, leadership, and passion for community impact make her an exceptional driver of our brand’s growth,” said Zach Beutler, CEO of Jungle Driving. “She develops scalable systems, but more importantly, she empowers franchisees by providing them not just with the strategy to succeed, but also the tools to implement it.”

As Jungle Driving continues its national expansion, Wilcher’s grassroots marketing systems and community-focused philosophy are helping establish the brand as the future of driver education—one grounded in connection, safety, and measurable impact.
