Joe Bogar has become a part of PLACE as the Head of Operator Strategy, bringing along his decades of coaching and leadership experience to assist operators in scaling up.

BELLINGHAM, Wash., Feb. 20, 2026 — PLACE declared today that industry veteran Joe Bogar has joined the firm as Head of Operator Strategy, where he will supervise and support the growth of several hundred real estate teams operating on the PLACE platform.

This appointment emphasizes PLACE’s ongoing concentration on operator performance, leadership development, and disciplined execution as the company broadens its national presence across residential real estate and related home services.

Bogar has decades of experience in coaching, leadership development, and organizational scaling. Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with top-performing teams and leaders across the country, helping them navigate growth, operational discipline, and leadership challenges at scale. His professional journey includes serving in senior leadership and coaching positions within the real estate industry, including a stint as President of MAPS Coaching, the education and coaching division of Keller Williams.
