Taking place from January 7th to January 10th, 2025, CES will feature Seeing Machines’ immersive technology demonstrations by appointment at a private suite within the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino and a specially equipped test vehicle, showcasing advanced software and algorithms for its FOVIO driver and occupant monitoring system (DMS/OMS). Furthermore, following their recent collaboration announcement, Seeing Machines and Mitsubishi will jointly showcase the synergistic growth opportunities stemming from their technological partnership at the Seeing Machines suite.

Seeing Machines’ DMS and OMS technology will be integrated into various displays by Tier 1 customers and partners at CES. This includes Guardian Generation 3 software, featured in Ambarella’s exclusive exhibition. This next-generation aftermarket driver-safety solution uses Ambarella’s CV25 AI SoC for superior AI performance per watt, boosting Guardian’s performance in commercial vehicles, improving global road safety, and assisting customers in meeting evolving regulations, including those currently in effect in Europe.

Collaborating with QNX, Seeing Machines integrates its interior sensing technology with QNX® Cabin, utilizing advanced algorithms to enable OEMs to detect driver drowsiness and distraction, reducing unsafe driving risks and ensuring compliance with international safety standards.

With new laws mandating in-vehicle driver monitoring technology for distraction and fatigue across numerous jurisdictions, Seeing Machines is capitalizing on this regulatory momentum. The company has secured 18 automotive programs for 11 OEMs, leveraging over 18 billion kilometers of driving data and collaborating with leading automotive manufacturers. Seeing Machines also plays a key role in discussions with global regulators and consumer safety organizations, using its expert human factors team and AI-powered data to pursue its goal of zero road fatalities.

Seeing Machines’ leadership and technical experts will be available throughout CES to discuss how new regulations are driving innovation for improved road safety and its implications for the future of the automotive industry.

Seeing Machines (AIM:SEE) is transforming global transport safety by developing and licensing proprietary technology to leading automotive manufacturers and collaborating with major automotive and aviation brands. The Company uses advanced machine vision technology to precisely measure and analyze head pose, eyelid movements, and eye gaze across diverse lighting conditions, including through sunglasses. This data informs real-time assessments of driver attentiveness, drowsiness, and impairment levels, providing crucial inputs for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and vehicle cockpit systems.   Seeing Machines continues to expand its occupant monitoring features as Tier-1 and OEM customers incorporate new safety, comfort, and convenience functions using higher-resolution, wide-field-of-view cameras.
