This dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2026, with the payment scheduled to be made on or before June 25, 2026. 

For Canadian tax purposes, these dividends are classified as eligible dividends.

The Board of Directors holds the discretion regarding the declaration and payment of future dividends.
