Silvio Napoli has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lucid, effective immediately, after being named incoming CEO on April 14, 2026.

Napoli was initially revealed as the incoming CEO on April 14.

Marc Winterhoff, the former Interim CEO, has returned to his position as Chief Operating Officer and will report directly to Napoli.
