STOCKHOLM, May 6, 2025 — Skanska has secured a data center construction contract in the Western USA from a current client. The contract, valued at USD 164M, equivalent to approximately SEK 1.7 billion, will be added to the US order bookings for the second quarter of 2025.

The project involves tenant improvements within an existing building shell, covering 33,400 square meters (360,000 SF) and providing 36 megawatts of power. It will be executed and handed over to the client in four stages.

Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2025, with an expected completion date in June 2027.
