STOCKHOLM, Oct. 2, 2024 — Skanska has secured a contract with an existing client to construct a data center in Arizona, USA. The contract carries a value of USD 241M, equivalent to approximately SEK 2.5 billion, and will be reflected in the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2024.

The project encompasses a single-story data center, spanning roughly 22,800 square meters (245,000 square feet).

Construction is underway and is projected to conclude in the third quarter of 2026.
