STOCKHOLM, December 12, 2024 — Skanska sold the P180 office building in Warsaw, Poland for EUR 100 million, approximately SEK 1.2 billion. INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund and its joint-venture partner, BUD Holdings, acquired the property. Skanska Commercial Development Europe will record this transaction in the fourth quarter of 2024. The property transfer is effective immediately.
Located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, P180 enjoys a convenient location near key transportation links, including the Wilanowska metro station. The building comprises roughly 32,000 square meters of office and retail space and is nearly fully leased to tenants such as Arena Advisory, Ayvens, Maersk, The Stepstone Group, Lingaro Group, and Netcompany.
Built with sustainability and tenant well-being in mind, P180 holds significant industry certifications: LEED Core & Shell Platinum, WELL Gold, and Building without Barriers. These certifications underscore Skanska’s commitment to providing environmentally responsible and comfortable office spaces.
Construction of P180 commenced in July 2020 and concluded in October 2022.
