By offering three times the cabling capacity of standard MPO connectors, the MMC connector employs a Very Small Form Factor (VSFF) to densely pack fibers. This design facilitates maximum rack density, increased capacity, and reduced cable congestion, allowing hyperscalers advancing toward 800G and beyond to scale seamlessly without using extra physical space.

STL has recently broadened its Data Center Portfolio with Neuralis, its flagship suite of data center connectivity in North America. Following this certification, STL is now one of the few companies globally providing US Conec-certified MMC solutions, a development we believe will support the construction of the next generation of AI data center infrastructure in the U.S. and around the world.
