Perkins brings more than 27 years of progressive leadership experience across high-end resorts, hotels, and residential communities. He has held senior positions such as General Manager, Area General Manager, Resort Manager, and Director roles, managing operations at Forbes Four- and Five-Star destination resorts, boutique hotels, condo-hotels, and expansive residential resort communities. His career includes executive roles with globally renowned hospitality companies including Hyatt Corporation, Vail Resorts Hospitality, RockResorts, and East West Resorts.

Throughout his career, Perkins has been acknowledged for successfully leading complex organizations while fostering cultures rooted in service, teamwork, and accountability.
