PINCONNING, Mich., Feb. 24, 2026 — A unique chance to obtain late-model cannabis cultivation and processing assets will be made available through an online auction on March 18–19 at 10:00 a.m. ET, organized by Maynards Industries in partnership with Solid Assets Solutions.
The sale includes the assets of a 135,000-square-foot, cutting-edge facility situated at 419 E. Pinconning Road in Pinconning, Michigan. With most equipment produced between 2023 and 2024, this ranks among the newest and largest cannabis operations to be auctioned.
Assets will be sold individually, with the possibility of a bulk turnkey package if there is enough interest expressed. This setup offers flexibility for buyers looking to purchase single pieces of equipment, while still providing an option for operators or investors wanting a full operational setup.
Equipment categories include:
- Indoor cultivation systems and greenhouse growing infrastructure
- Extraction and processing equipment
- Trim and drying systems
- Laboratory and kitchen equipment
- Packaging and production lines
- Climate control and facility support systems
The grow and retail real estate is also available.
Intellectual property and product lines, including a topical brand that has won the Cannabis Cup five times, will be available through sealed bids, with submissions due by March 12. The IP package comprises formulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), recipes, and brand design (no physical products are included).
