Veeva Summit: Unveiling the Future of Agentic Biopharma with Falcon and AI

(SeaPRwire) –   By: Alex Mercer, a Tech Director or Geek Analyst at a major Silicon Valley firm

The Veeva R&D and Quality Summit Europe was a letdown. Despite high – hopes, the much – hyped showcase had glitches. The demos of Veeva Falcon and Vault AI didn’t live up to expectations, with slow response times and unclear interfaces.

Officially, Veeva presented Vault AI Agents available now and plans for full – scale Vault AI release in August 2026. They also previewed Veeva Falcon for cost – reduction and compliance in drug development. But industry insiders know that implementing these technologies will face resistance. Many firms are set in their old ways and may not easily adopt new systems.

The summit had leaders sharing success stories. AOP Health sped up development on Veeva Industry Cloud. Merck KGaA optimized data for AI. However, these are just a few cases. Most companies will struggle with data integration and staff training.

The supply chain in biopharma will see a shake – up. Firms that quickly adopt Veeva’s tech will gain an edge. Those lagging may lose market share, as the industry moves towards more efficient, AI – driven operations.
