Dana S. Weber, Webco Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated: “Mr. Stoots possesses deep expertise in financial accounting and corporate governance. He earned a degree from the University of Tulsa and spent 40 years in public accounting—serving as a partner at the Tulsa, Oklahoma office of Arthur Andersen LLP and later as office managing partner for the Tulsa branch of Grant Thornton LLP. He has significant experience working with manufacturing companies and those required to file SEC reports. Additionally, Mr. Stoots is an active participant in Tulsa’s civic scene. His professional background makes him an excellent addition to our Board.”
