
J Turner Research Acknowledges Windsor’s Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Across the Country
ATLANTA, June 3, 2025 — Windsor Communities, a distinguished property management firm overseeing more than 55,000 units, announced today its achievement as #3 in J Turner Research’s 2025 ORA Division I Ranking1.
J Turner Research’s ORA Power Ranking system evaluates leading property management firms and apartment communities in the multifamily sector by consolidating ratings from various review platforms and Internet Listing Services (ILS) into a single score ranging from 0 to 100. The Division I Ranking showcases the top 10 management companies from the 2025 NMHC Top 50 list.
