Original Manga Artist, Toshi Aoi, Commemorates Announcement with Original Piece

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29, 2024 — Today, Bandai Namco Filmworks Inc. is pleased to announce the production of a second season for the popular anime series, *Wistoria: Wand and Sword*, following the successful conclusion of the first season. The anime has garnered widespread acclaim from fans of the original manga and new viewers alike. To celebrate the announcement, the original manga artist, Toshi Aoi, has created a special piece of artwork.

About Wistoria: Wand and Sword

Will, a diligent young man, enrolls in a magic academy with aspirations of becoming a renowned sorcerer. However, his plan has a fatal flaw: he is unable to use magic.

Despite the cold stares of his classmates and teachers, Will remains determined and perseveres through the challenges. He may not be able to wield a wand, but he can use his sword to navigate a magic-dominated world. He just needs to believe in his unique strengths and remember the promise he made to someone dear to him.
