(“Argenta” or the “Company“) is utilizing CSA Coordinated Blanket Order 51-931 to forgo sending proxy materials (the “Meeting Materials“) for its annual and special general meeting on Tuesday December 17, 2024 (the “Meeting“) due to Canadian postal service disruptions caused by a nationwide strike beginning November 15, 2024 (the “Postal Strike“).

As stated in the November 26, 2024 news release (the “November 26 News Release“), Argenta meets all Order requirements.

Meeting materials are available on Argenta’s SEDAR+ profile and website. Shareholders can access them online or contact Computershare Trust Company of Canada toll-free at 1-800-564-6253 (8:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST) or via email to request copies. If the Postal Strike ends before the Meeting, materials will be mailed, but timely receipt is not guaranteed.
