As of May 29, 2026—the last trading day of the month—the total number of shares in BioArctic AB was 88,724,485, consisting of 74,324,489 listed Class B shares and 14,399,996 unlisted Class A shares. Each Class A share has ten votes, while each Class B share has one vote. The company’s total number of votes is 218,324,449.
