(TSX: CJR.B) (“Corus” or the “Company”) announced today it has signed an amending agreement (the “Amending Agreement”) to revise the waiver and standstill agreement originally agreed to on February 28, 2026 (the “Waiver”) with lenders under the Company’s Eighth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the “Credit Facility”). The Waiver allows the Company to maintain continued access to liquidity, including access under the Credit Facility, by granting waivers for certain financial covenants such as those related to leverage and interest coverage ratios, subject to the agreement’s existing terms and conditions. In connection with the Company’s previously announced recapitalization transaction, the Amending Agreement extends the term of the Waiver from May 30, 2026 to June 30, 2026.  All terms match the definitions laid out in the Credit Facility and its existing amendments.
