Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week is set to host its most expansive and ambitious event yet, solidifying its position as a leading hub for creativity, business, and innovation in bridal, ceremony, and red carpet attire. The 2025 edition will reinforce Barcelona’s status as a bridal fashion capital, uniting influential and haute couture designers with emerging talents and independent studios, blending the event’s global influence with a dedication to showcasing local artistry.
BARCELONA, Spain, April 11, 2025 — BBFW 2025, organized by Fira de Barcelona with backing from the Ministry of Business and Labour of the Generalitat de Catalunya, is expanding in terms of both participating brands and exhibition space. The event will feature 29% more space at the Montjuïc venue, incorporating Hall 8 in addition to the customary Halls 1, 2, and Plaça de l’Univers, which will house the catwalk and Fashion Village. From April 23 to 26, 44 designers will present their 2026 collections. Concurrently, from April 25 to 27, the trade show will host nearly 450 brands, with 82% originating from 32 countries, alongside a buyer program designed to attract professionals from key markets including the United States, South Korea, Japan, Australia, China, and the Middle East.

The week’s highlight, the exclusive Barcelona Bridal Night, will present the iconic Vivienne Westwood, who will debut the Bridal Collection 2026 in her first-ever bridal line fashion show. The gala will take place in the iconic cloister of the University of Barcelona, celebrating culture, talent, and knowledge.
Meanwhile, the Montjuïc catwalk will showcase some of the most respected names in international bridal fashion. Among the most anticipated shows are those of Yolancris, Isabel Sanchis, The Atelier by Jimmy Choo from Malaysia, Wang Feng Couture, from Shanghai, and French brand Cymbeline. Canadian haute couture house Ines Di Santo will make its debut in the show program, joining designers such as Sophie et Voilà, Joli Poli, Serina, Katy Corso, Yuliia Lobachóva Couture, Woná Concept & Eva Lendel, and Agnieszka Swiatly, among many others.
International haute couture will be prominently featured in the trade show with Vivienne Westwood, Giambattista Valli, Elie Saab, Viktor & Rolf, Stéphane Rolland, Ines Di Santo, Georges Hobeika, Zuhair Murad, Tony Ward, Jenny Packham, Antonio Riva, and Reem Acra.
To broaden its global reach, BBFW will stream its fashion shows live and on-demand via its website and digital platforms.
