CALGARY, AB, May 23, 2025 – Canadian Resource Roadways (CRR), a leading company in resource infrastructure ownership and operation, is pleased to announce the completion of a definitive agreement to acquire a 24 km stretch of the East Exit Road, along with associated existing roadways, in Alberta’s Clearwater region. The transaction, which includes Sequoia Resources Corp. (represented by its bankruptcy trustee PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. through a court-approved sale) and other vendors, represents a significant step in CRR’s growth and geographical expansion. The deal is anticipated to be finalized by the end of May.
