A thorough review on October 28, 2024, confirmed that some individuals’ personal and/or protected health information may have been compromised.

Affected information varied but might include: name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license or other government ID, financial account information, health insurance details, medical treatment or diagnosis information, and/or clinical data.

On December 27, 2024, The Baker Center mailed notifications to potentially affected individuals with verifiable addresses. These letters detailed the incident and steps to protect their information.
