(NASDAQ: CBAT), a leading Chinese manufacturer of lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries and electric energy solutions, announced substantial orders from Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 300866), a major Chinese global intelligent hardware brand. These 2024 orders total approximately RMB 200 million to RMB 250 million, or roughly USD 30 million to USD 35 million.
Anker Innovations has been a consistent CBAK Energy customer since 2022, ranking among its top five. The orders primarily comprise Model 32140 large LFP cylindrical batteries for Anker Innovations’ portable power supplies, especially those sold in the U.S. CBAK Energy expects to maintain or surpass this order volume in the coming year. Further collaboration is under discussion, including potential capacity expansion in international markets.
