VANCOUVER, BC, Jan. 5, 2026 – ELSE NUTRITION HOLDINGS INC. (TSX: BABY) (OTC: BABYF) (FSE: 0YL) (the “Company”) has announced the appointment of Natie Zilberberg as its Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective January 5, 2026. Mr. Zilberberg succeeds Shay Shamir in both roles.

Mr. Zilberberg is a seasoned finance executive and Certified Accountant with more than ten years of experience managing finance operations for rapidly growing, venture capital-backed firms in the fintech, agrotech, and renewable energy sectors. His most recent position was Chief Financial Officer at Tomgrow, a VC-backed agrotech firm, where he directed strategic financial planning, enhanced internal controls, shortened reporting timelines, secured credit lines, and prepared the company for expansion and investment. Before that, as Financial Controller at Salaryo, a fintech company offering credit solutions to U.S. small and medium-sized enterprises, he handled comprehensive financial operations, supported the lending business, and was instrumental in securing tens of millions in equity and debt financing. Earlier, as Finance Manager at Lahav Green Mountains, he managed the financial aspects of a $30 million acquisition and supervised post-acquisition restructuring after the company was bought by Solegreen. Mr. Zilberberg started his professional career at Ernst & Young, conducting audits for high-tech and financial services companies in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
