Masson has a history of transformative financial leadership across diverse sectors including government contracting, technology, and business services. Most recently, he served as CFO at Noble Supply & Logistics, LLC, where he led double-digit growth during his tenure. Prior to that, Masson held roles as CFO & Treasurer at Latham Group, Inc., and EVP, CFO at Hypertherm, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Finance at Flowserve Corporation and held various positions at Raytheon Technologies from 2003 to 2016, with his final role being CFO of the Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) division.
Between 1992 and 2001, Masson served in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant and Naval Aviator. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Masson currently sits on the Boards of Directors of Intuitive Machines, Inc., and Tech-Etch, Inc.
