Renewed agreement with Betsson facilitates expansion into new, regulated markets

STOCKHOLM, Nov. 19, 2024 — GiG Software Plc (First North: GiG SDB), a leading B2B iGaming technology provider, announces an extension of its partnership with Betsson Group (“Betsson”), a prominent global online gambling operator with over 20 online gaming brands (the “Contract”).

This Contract expands on a partnership formed in 2022, aiming to enhance Betsson’s primary Zecure brand. GiG will provide its advanced technology, including its AI ecosystem with machine learning tools, LogicX and DataX, and managed services, offering Betsson a highly scalable platform for growth.

The prior partnership helped Betsson expand operations into nine regulated markets, including recent brand launches in Serbia, Germany, and Peru.

This Contract is key to GiG’s growth strategy, leveraging its established relationships with major global operators. GiG’s market leadership enables it to effectively support operator growth and expansion using its innovative solutions.
