Hard Rock Hotel Casino Atlantic City Recognized
as a USA Today Top Workplaces Award Winner
for Second Consecutive Year
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., March 21, 2025 — For the second consecutive year, Hard Rock Hotel Casino Atlantic City has been honored with a USA Today Top Workplaces Award. Hard Rock Atlantic City secured the 31st position among large organizations (those with over 2,500 employees) on the 2025 USA Today Top Workplaces Award Winners list. Notably, Hard Rock Atlantic City is the highest-ranking casino on the list.
In late 2024, over 1,000 Hard Rock Atlantic City employees participated in an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, an independent HR technology and research firm responsible for the USA Today Top Workplaces program. USA Today initially partnered with Energage in 2023 to identify, acknowledge, and celebrate companies that prioritize a people-first approach.
Last month, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City announced that thousands of its union and non-union team members would be sharing more than $10 million in bonus money. This continues the resort’s tradition of providing bonuses to team members, which it has done since opening in 2018. The team member survey preceded the announcement of the 2025 bonuses by several weeks.
