HOUSTON, February 13, 2025 — The Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) recognized top-performing landlord representatives at its 26th annual Landlord Representative of the Year Awards ceremony, held February 12th, 2025, at the Houston Country Club. Industry leaders were honored for their 2024 achievements in the categories of Landlord Representative of the Year, Deal of the Year, and Landlord Representative Rising Star.

“HOLBA is proud to acknowledge the achievements of leading landlord representatives,” stated Griff Bandy, HOLBA President. “These outstanding professionals were celebrated for their significant and complex transactions, industry contributions, and community engagement.”

Jack Russo, JLL’s Senior Vice President of Agency Leasing, received HOLBA’s 2024 Landlord Representative of the Year award. His recognition stems from securing a 4.2 million-square-foot office portfolio in the Woodlands and completing 87 deals in 2024.

Nina Seyyedin and Warren Savery of CBRE won HOLBA’s 2024 Deal of the Year award for the Camden Property Lease. This involved a 104,000-square-foot lease at Williams Tower, encompassing floors 25 through 29, which will serve as Camden’s new headquarters beginning in late 2025. This highly competitive deal necessitated skillful negotiations to move Camden from its long-standing Greenway location.

Danielle Rothchild, Senior Associate at Stream Realty Partners, was named HOLBA’s 2024 Landlord Representative Rising Star. This accolade reflects her contributions to the marketing and leasing of a 3 million-square-foot portfolio and her active involvement in the industry and community.
