The grand opening is scheduled for 11 a.m.

The menu will feature the brand’s core offerings, such as kake udon and kamaage udon, alongside a rotating selection of crispy tempura fried fresh throughout the day.

As a Victoria Gardens exclusive, Marugame Udon is launching Teppan Yaki Udon, a new dish featuring stir-fried udon tossed with crisp vegetables and a savory sauce, served piping hot on an iron plate. Plain and Vegetable Yaki Udon will be available at launch, with Beef and Chicken Katsu Yaki Udon options arriving shortly thereafter.
