The two organizations have committed to a deep partnership, designating each other as Strategic Preferred Partners. By merging Neusoft’s international navigation and mobility expertise with HERE’s premier map data and location services, they intend to provide global car manufacturers with an AI-driven, comprehensive intelligent mobility platform.

As automakers accelerate their international growth, they face significant hurdles such as insufficient map coverage, limited local service availability, complex payment systems, regulatory compliance issues, fragmented app environments, and differences in consumer habits and cultural preferences.

At the exhibition, Neusoft introduced its OneCoreGo^® Global In-Vehicle Intelligent Mobility Solution 7.0, an AI-powered, global-focused platform that integrates eight specialized products and services into a single, powerful system. HERE, a global leader in map data, maintains a strong presence in the automotive navigation market. By leveraging deep industry insights, both companies are broadening their collaboration through the strategic integration of core technologies and resources.

Under the terms of the agreement, the partners will deepen the integration of core products within the OneCoreGo^® suite. Guided by an open and collaborative philosophy, they will co-develop an integrated ecosystem featuring a navigation engine, global mapping, AR-enhanced interaction, and an intelligent cockpit. By advancing technical pre-integration and standardization, they aim to shorten project timelines for global automakers, enabling cost optimization and market expansion.

Furthermore, focusing on emerging trends in intelligent mobility, the two companies will pursue multi-scenario, forward-looking technical collaborations in areas such as high-definition mapping, advanced driving technologies, AI-driven interaction, and the fusion of sensor and map data. By exploring the creation of a “Joint Innovation Lab” and conducting joint research, they will streamline the process from research to commercial deployment, accelerating the implementation of AI capabilities and fostering a sustainable future for the mobility ecosystem.
