Stephan Nagel has been appointed as Vice President – Global Partnerships. Nagel, a well-known expert in the airline industry with extensive experience in Global Alliances, Airline Partnerships, and Strategic Planning, brings over 25 years of aviation experience. He has held prominent positions at Qatar Airways, Air Berlin, Star Alliance, and Lufthansa, where he played a key role in creating and maintaining comprehensive network strategies, business transformation, and industry-leading strategic partnerships. These efforts significantly expanded the global reach and operational efficiency of the airlines he worked for. Having served on the oneworld Management Board for 10 years, Nagel is a familiar and respected figure within oneworld. In his new capacity, Nagel will oversee the advancement of strategic partnerships throughout the alliance, encompassing member airlines, key technology providers and loyalty partners.
Chris Kelly Singley has been named Vice President – Communications and Marketing. Singley, a highly regarded communications executive, possesses significant expertise in corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. She brings over two decades of experience in the aviation and aerospace sectors. She has held senior positions at JetZero, Boeing, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines, spearheading high-profile campaigns and strategic initiatives across global media relations, employee engagement, and CSR. At oneworld, Singley will be in charge of the alliance’s global communications and marketing strategies, shaping its narrative and enhancing its impact among customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Guido van Til has been appointed Vice President – Digital. Van Til, a transformation leader with a proven history in technology, customer experience, and digital innovation, brings more than 25 years of experience in the aviation and retail sectors. He most recently assisted leading global brands such as Rituals and Dyson with their digital transformation initiatives. Previously, he spent over 30 years at Air France-KLM, where he held various senior roles, reshaping the group’s digital strategy, driving platform convergence, and leading product development across all digital touchpoints. At oneworld, he will spearhead the alliance’s digital strategy and execution to create an integrated, customer-centric digital ecosystem.
