(SeaPRwire) – A purpose-built service offering for new electric trucks covers all customer needs including battery support, while multiple tiers of repair, maintenance and productivity coverage are now available for pre-owned combustion engine vehicles.
SÖDERTÄLJE, Sweden, April 16, 2026 — Scania’s successful Services 360 service portfolio is growing to add coverage for both electric and pre-owned vehicles.
This expansion of the widely popular service offering reflects steady sales growth for both new battery-electric vehicles and used combustion engine trucks, and reinforces Scania’s commitment to driving customer profitability across all types of businesses.
First launched in 2024, Services 360 is built on a core of intelligent Flexible Maintenance planning and a full collection of digital tools and services. It provides a range of customizable packages tailored to every type of operation, regardless of fleet size or powertrain type.
Now, Scania has opened up Services 360 to customers with pre-owned vehicles. To suit the price-sensitive nature of this segment, used vehicle customers can select from four distinct packages – Core, Plus, Full and Pro – that deliver varying levels of service and maintenance: from basic Fleet Maintenance and digital monitoring in Core up to the extra Proactive and Powertrain repairs included with the Pro package.
Owners of battery-electric vehicles can access the Full package of Services 360. “We want our battery-electric truck customers to focus exclusively on maximizing the utilization of their vehicles,” explains Lars Gustafsson, Senior Vice President and Head of Trucks at Scania.
“By offering a single service tier – Full – we guarantee that every repair, every system interaction and every unforeseen issue is managed and covered by Scania, providing our electric truck customers with all the support they need.”
The expansion of Services 360 aligns with Scania’s ongoing work to bring competitive, customized service options to more customers across the industry.
“We pride ourselves on understanding and addressing our customers’ top challenges, and extending Services 360 lets us reach even more transport operators and cover the full ecosystem of needs for their business,” says Gustafsson.
“No matter what type of powertrain, operation or business sector you operate in, the core goal of Services 360 is to support customers and help them become more profitable and sustainable over the long term.”
