SAN DIEGO, April 21, 2025 — SOLV Energy announced at the AMNA 2025 conference in San Diego this week that asset owners have chosen the company to deliver operations and maintenance (O&M) services for approximately 4.8 GW (gigawatts) of solar projects since AMNA 2024. The new projects that SOLV Energy will operate and maintain include plants belonging to long-term clients, such as and , as well as new clients, including and . Beyond comprehensive O&M services, SOLV Energy has grown its aftermarket and technical service capabilities, highlighted by several repair and remediation contracts for major projects in Texas and California over the past year.
SOLV Energy offers O&M services for more than 17 GW of utility-scale solar and storage projects across North America. Their complete O&M service package includes plant management and control, performance monitoring, preventative and corrective maintenance, and vegetation management for PV, BESS, and substation facilities built by SOLV Energy and other companies. The following value-added services are available to maximize the performance of customer assets:
- NETA-compliant acceptance and maintenance testing, repairs, and upgrades for HV equipment;
- Internal SCADA solutions, including retrofits that use readily available products installed on over 18 GW of sites nationwide;
- Internal Tech Training, Performance Engineering, and Safety Managers;
- Availability guarantees as a standard part of the contract; and
- Around-the-clock remote monitoring and control of over 140 sites from a NERC-compliant Operations and Control Center in San Diego.
SOLV Energy also provides emergency response for repairing and replacing major components like inverters, EBOS, and modules due to equipment failures, recalls, and weather-related damage. Repowering services are also available, supported by the company’s nationwide construction teams.
