Strengthening global collaboration and advancing energy transition
SHANGHAI, Dec. 12, 2024 — The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) took place in Shanghai from November 5 to 10.
At the expo, four of SPIC’s subsidiaries signed significant equipment and materials contracts with eight leading international companies from the United States, Japan, Germany, Sweden, and other nations. This showcases SPIC’s robust integration capabilities and strong market competitiveness within the global energy supply chain.
Since the inaugural CIIE in 2018, SPIC has forged strategic global partnerships with top international suppliers, leveraging global resources to bolster its green and low-carbon industrial chain. This has resulted in contracts totaling 5.081 billion U.S. dollars and continuous improvements in supply chain management. At this CIIE, SPIC not only showcased its accomplishments but also contributed to the sustainable growth of the global energy sector through several new cooperative agreements.
