The awards program features six categories that will celebrate airports, terminal operators, and suppliers who demonstrate innovation in design, operational efficiency, and environmental stewardship.

Nominees should highlight the operational efficiency, technological advancements, and global connectivity of their cargo terminal hub.
3. Best Ground Handler: Honors organizations that improve airport operations through optimized processes, customer satisfaction, and technological advancements, thereby increasing efficiency, safety, and overall experience.
4. Best Terminal Innovation: Highlights pioneering innovations that are shaping the future of terminals. Includes two subcategories:
- Airport innovations improving efficiency
- Vendor solutions providing transformative tools
5. Best Sustainable Initiative: Recognizes environmental leadership demonstrated by airports and vendor solutions. Submissions are divided into two subcategories:
- Airport sustainability programs
- Vendor solutions promoting eco-friendly aviation
Nominees should demonstrate innovative practices, adherence to sustainability standards, and a positive impact on the community.
6. Best Commercial Innovation: Acknowledges non-aeronautical vendors who are transforming the commercial landscape through improved offerings, enhanced customer experiences, and positive financial outcomes. Nominees should demonstrate excellence through enhanced customer-centric offerings, improved user satisfaction and well-being, and measurable financial benefits including revenue growth or operational efficiencies.
