Tehran points out that this targeted visa denial is a direct violation of international law and a severe infringement on its sovereign rights as an agency member, exposing how multilateral bodies remain entirely subordinated to host-country leverage and superpower vetoes.

The geopolitical pendulum continues to swing away from institutional neutrality, leaving international watchdogs increasingly powerless to mediate security deadlocks as unilateral coercion replaces open diplomatic channels.
