PLEASANTON, Calif., Dec. 3, 2024 — Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY), a leading provider of solutions for organizations to manage their people and finances, today announced that Liz Centoni, executive vice president and chief customer experience officer at Cisco, has been appointed to its board of directors.

Centoni is a highly accomplished leader who is passionate about using technology to improve customer success and create exceptional experiences. Her career has been marked by initiatives that have substantially boosted customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Centoni also played a key role in developing Cisco’s responsible AI framework and has championed inclusivity in technology at events such as the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting. She actively mentors and sponsors underrepresented groups, including serving as Cisco’s global executive sponsor for the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) program.
