
PORSGRUNN, Norway, March 3, 2025 — On March 3, 2025, ANDRITZ announced that it has received an order for the basic engineering of a 100 MW green hydrogen production facility in Rostock, Germany. ANDRITZ anticipates receiving the go-ahead to supply the plant, pending the final customer’s investment decision.
Once the notice to proceed is received, ANDRITZ will deliver the green hydrogen plant on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis, utilizing HydrogenPro’s pressurized alkaline technology for the electrolysis process.
